The Challenge
Buyapowa specialise in highly successful Refer a Friend campaigns.
The Campaign Management System (CMS) required to manage customers' campaigns was inaccessible to clients meaning every change to go through the content team — who spent hours jumping between two legacy platforms just to make simple updates.
This created frustration on both sides:
• Clients couldn’t move quickly
• Internal teams were stretched managing repetitive requests at scale
The goal was clear:
Transform the CMS into a true self-service platform, allowing clients to edit and manage their campaigns independently — without risking errors or relying on us for every change.
